Because our virtual tour experiences are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason once a purchase has been completed. We encourage you to review all destination descriptions before purchasing.
If you are unable to access your purchased content due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us at bonnevillemarinertours@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.
For physical merchandise purchased through our Shopify store:
Bundle packages (Trail Pass, Full Trail) are treated as a single digital purchase and are subject to the same no-refund policy.
